Shipping & Returns Policy
Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans) are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend FedEx Ground. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii and United States Territories have different requirements.
Orders received between Monday and Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays) must be placed by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday of the following week.

Curling wands, dryers, and smoothing irons that have been used and/or have any packaging missing from carton cannot be returned/exchanged.
All Returned Goods Will Be Examined Upon Receipt. For Reasons Of Hygiene We Are Unable To Offer Refunds, Replacements Or Exchanges On Any Opened Or Used Goods. We Will Process Your Return As Quickly As Possible And Notify You By Email Once Your Refund, Replacement Or Exchange Has Been Processed. It Is The Responsibility Of The Customer To Notify Us Of Any Shipping Or Billing Address Changes Prior To Any Replacements Or Exchanges. Otherwise, Exchanges Will Be Sent To Address On File. During Busy Periods, Please Allow A Maximum Of 30 Working Days For Your Refund, Replacement Or Exchange To Be Processed.
Your payment for goods will be refunded by ARROJO PRODUCT as soon as possible by original payment method, no later than 30 working days after receipt of goods. Please note delivery charges are not refunded.
**all sales are final on the ARROJO razor, replacement razor blades and dvds. If for any reason they arrive in non-working order you must call or email us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. We will send a replacement upon receipt of returned goods.
